Successfully Bulk Shipping
QMAG has successfully loaded another bulk shipment of raw magnesite. This has followed the hard work and exceptional collaboration between QMAG, our customer, Qube Bulk, RC Contracting, and Gladstone Ports Corporation Ltd.
We can proudly say that after 338 heavy vehicle trips between our Kunwarara mine and Gladstone Port, after the GPC front-end loader made between 2200 and 2300 lifts, after 750 hours of screening the material and after ship loading of 27 hours and 18 minutes at an average load rate of 816 mt per hour, we have zero incidents, mechanical failures or injuries reported.
This is an exciting achievement for QMAG and one of many more to come!
